Could have been a great app but the way it works with the Toronto public library system is awful, convoluted and counterintuitive. It doesnt get a 1 star because it does work, but its been designed to be user unfriendly. There are separate logins for the library and the program, and seemingly no way to link the two leading to multiple logins and incompatibilities. Currently the most aggravating and frustrating app I keep on my phone (because theres no alternative).

Was great fo YEARS and now barely works. Good luck looking at any books with images (like a recipe book) because they will never display and will often crash the app repeatedly. For the record and for the thousandth time: reinstalling it doesnt fix it.

All round success for me. Only issue I have had is one title will not allow me to read the text large enough for me to comfortably read it. First time this has happened. I love this app.

This app wont even let me sign in. It crashes during the sign in process every single time. So frustrating!!

The October app update fixed the font problem in iOS 10 but the iOS 10.1.1 update brought the font problem back again. Please fix the app again. The support article listed in the app description doesnt fix the font problem. Turning off the default layout doesnt do anything to allow the font to go larger.

In English, French and Spanish, this app let me read almost 25 to 30 book a year. It let me maintain a good contact with the library.

I like the updated online experience so far. Signing on once then having it remember me is nice. But books with images take so much longer to download then you open it and even offline a page with an image will take 25 seconds to load. And you cant navigate off that page so you have to wait for it to load. This is so painful. Please correct this.

Have my library card I front of me. Know my password. Since this update I cant get into my account at all. Numerous devices-all shut out. Fail

This is an excellent tool which has allowed me to access the library system in my home town while I am overseas. I havent used the audiobook function yet, so I cant comment on that, but the ebook function is very easy to use...

Audio stops working whenever the app is interrupted (e.g. Alarm or phonecall), and must kill and restart app to get audio back. This bug has been present for at least 2 years. It is very annoying.

Audiobook still doesnt play. Its actually worse, now that it shuts off without playing for 5 sec.

I dont get why it takes up 1.3GB of storage in my iPad when I havent even downloaded any ebook/audiobook.

Very easy to navigate and use. Fully recommend for ebook lovers.

App crashes right after opening the book

It crashes on opening of a new books, even after a recent 3.5.3 update. Useless app.

A true nightmare does not work at all It was automatically updated on my iPad and despite following all of the recommended troubleshooting procedures, including uninstalling and reinstalling it still does not work every time I try to open a book from my bookshelf it crashes, I have also tried returning books and checking new ones out, I am not the only Apple user with this problem please find a solution before I permanently delete this app from my tablet

I downloaded this app on the advice of my wife. I was satisfied with it, although it really wasnt anything special, it did do the job. Now something has changed. I dont know if it was updated or what, but now it is all but unusable. Looking for something else to replace it.
