This app works great. I only use it for listening to books. There is a great variety. My wish list is long!

The current version, as many have noted, is a complete disaster. Please release an alternate version of Overdrive, selected from a recent release that actually worked. I love this app when it works, as do others. Yet another release, yet another disaster. Absolutely do not download this version.

I love this app for audio books (Id rate it better than Audible)! I switch between my phone and iPad a lot and it ALWAYS picks up right where I left off, unlike other apps. It was easy to set up and its so easy to wait list and check out books from my library. Ive been recommending to anyone who will listen!

Ive had issues with this since day 1 but now it crashes anytime I try and open a book in my "bookshelf" so its completely unusable. In the past the only issues have been that it will start a chapter over again sometimes instead of continuing on to the next chapter so I have to manually change it. The most recent issue needs fixed though since i cannot use of it it crashes every time I try and open a book!

I use this app to download and listen to books from two different libraries. After several recent fixes, it is running smoothly.

Half the time, my books stop at the end of a chapter for no reason. When I go to reopen the book it closes the app. I then have to delete the app and redownload it to be able to finish the book. I also lose my bookmarks during all of this. Its a good app but needs the bugs worked out.

Now only read books on IPhone and iPad. Progress stays in sync on both. Awesome.

At one point all of the books that I had were gone, so that was pretty frustrating. But since then it has been working pretty good. I have been enjoying it!

I still cannot open or read books. This was the only reason I installed this app. App crashes EVERY time I try to open a book. Book jacket shows as generic OverDrive cover, not cover shown on library website-like before the disastrous upgrade. Have signed off, signed back on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. I was very happy before the change, now am frustrated enough to write a negative review. I would be willing to change my review, if you were willing to hear the month-plus of frustrations posted here, on your website, and on several discussion boards begging for this mess to be fixed.

I love the convenience of using Overdrive! I listen to audiobooks as well as read e-books all from the convenience of my iPhone and iPad. Love it!!

In the beginning, I though it was the coolest thing to be able to borrow and download books from the library. I still think the concept is awesome, but I think a lot of things can still be approved. Maybe a video user guide thats available immediately when a new user logs in. Its also "glitchy". I just think the developers stopped when the app reached a successful level. A little love and attention is all it needs. That being said, I use this app everyday because it is true best available (for now)

My family uses this app ALL OF THE TIME! It allows you to access many titles from your local library for free!!! Its great for road trips; you can listen to a book as a family or read/listen as individuals. I just love this app!!!

Overdrive has changed my whole bedtime reading routine for the better. I used to read with the light on but now have a newborn so cant do that anymore. I do wish the in-app orientation lock was still available but no biggie. Overdrive rocks!!!

This app is a great beginning and in the last few updates are getting better and better. It is nice that I can start on one device and continue on another. The main thing that needs work is the library web page and better inter fraction of the catalogue. I would like to see the catalogue site more integrated in to the actual app instead of the app web seeding the library website.

Perfect app for E book reading. Internet connection is not necessary to read books on your bookshelf which is great. The app is easy to operate and you can have multiple libraries loaded. Im very happy using this app!

Its a good app, love my free books. The execution as far as searching and recommendations can be a little funky.

I LOVE this app!!! Now I have access to a great selection of books from my county library without having to leave my comfy home, and did I mention its free? Awesome app, thank you!

Simple and straightforward to download audiobooks from my local library. Easy to use. Gives me something to listen to doing house chores, exercising, or running errands!

I love the opportunity to read lots of different books this app provides. But...I would like to be able to browse through the available books easier. As it is, you have to start at either A or Z, there is no way to start anywhere in between. Totally un-handy especially when there are 1000+ pages of books at 10 books per page to browse through!!! Doesnt seem like a difficult problem to fix.

Very slow to move around in the elibrary. Frequently crashes. When it works it is nice to be able to borrow books from the library
