Convoluted

Since the iOS 10 upgrade this app has taken confusing to a whole new level. Trying to just sign in became an exercise in futility. Once signed in it informs me that the account is not verified. The user is required to have an email sent, where the "verify" button brings you back to the sign in page again requiring the card number and password all over again bringing up the need to verify - starting the whole cycle again. Once I checked out a book it told me to go someplace I couldnt find. Extreme frustration. This app is even more convoluted and irritating than the old one. A step backward from poor is not progress.
