I thought I loved you. I was wrong

ZERO STARS!!!!
I thought I loved you and I did for four whole audiobooks! It was wonderful!
But after the app crashed THREE times and I had to delete and reinstall AND renter all my different library card numbers and passwords I think not so much. Now the app crashes constantly. Ok I think. Dont panic even though Im at the very BEST suspenseful part of the book. Ill just contact tech support. Talk to an expert and get er done! No* such*luck. There is NO PERSON ANYWHERE and the help and support FAQs are worthless because they dont address my problem. Ok go to their website I think. Nooooo no contact info for a real person no FAQ no opportunity to even EMAIL a question for help. I am done. Consider this a break up!
