Frustrating!
The app has worked okay for me when using it to check out Kindle formatted books to read in my Kindle app, although I find it rather confusing to navigate at times. Today I checked out a book with only two options: download into the OverDrive app or read in Safari (which isnt very satisfactory). It appeared to download okay into the app, but when trying to open it, the app quit. After reading through help files, Ive gone through the whole recommended process to the bitter end with no luck. This holds true for both my iPad Pro and iPhone 6+. I also learned that this has been an issue through several versions of the app. What really adds insult to injury is that This is clearly an issue with the app to be taken up with the developer, and while they provide contact info for Amazon for Kindle issues, and even how to reach support at your local library, I can find no contact info for the developer for support issues.
